CRAZY!

In the hustle and bustle I am loosing my mind,
Seeing the divine and the sublime in a chance to unwind.
My free time is no longer free.
However, while constantly occupied, I am allowed to be me.
So ultimately,
I am released from the stress and anxiety of the grind,
I am saved from the constant assault on the mind,
Generally caused by the hectic pace of a life trying to get it.
I’ve handed mine over and now accept it for what is.
“Ha, Ha, Ha…bless your soul”
“Do you really think you’re in control?”
“Well I think you’re crazy!”
The words gnarl my mind into a place of peace,
I understand my options are to fight or to release.
I should be working on developing a contract,
According to my employer,
But my Lord implores me to follow the will of no one but him,
And as I further submit to his will,
I find that his yoke is easy and his burden is light.
So instead of a constant fight,
I work so that my life brings him delight,
I am loosing my mind,
But that is because it is given (along with my body and spirit)
To the one in whom I have complete faith.
I am.
